Four groups of checks that matter at launch

LaunchCheck avoids pretending to audit everything. It checks a defined set of public signals and explains what each result means.

01

Technical SEO

Title, description, H1, canonical URL, robots.txt, sitemap.xml and image alt coverage.

02

Social previews

Open Graph title, description, image and URL, plus Twitter/X card metadata.

03

Security headers

HTTPS, HSTS, MIME sniffing protection, referrer policy, permissions policy and framing controls.

04

Technical readiness

HTTP status, mobile viewport, language, favicon, response timing, HTML type and structured data.

What the score means

A checklist, not a certification.

LaunchCheck reports what our server can observe from a public response at scan time. It does not log in, edit files, bypass access controls, run exploit payloads or certify accessibility, security, legal compliance or SEO performance.

A strong score means the checked launch signals are configured well. You should still test real user journeys, analytics, forms, payments, accessibility, performance and application security separately.

FAQ

Common questions

Does LaunchCheck change my website?

No. The checker makes read-only requests to public URLs and supporting public files such as robots.txt and sitemap.xml. It does not log in or modify the target.

Do you store my scans?

LaunchCheck does not maintain an application database of scan history. Hosting infrastructure may process normal request logs for reliability, security and abuse prevention as explained in our privacy policy.

Does a 100 score mean my website is secure or will rank well?

No. The score covers only the checks listed on this site. It is not a penetration test, ranking guarantee, accessibility certification or legal compliance audit.

Why can two scans differ?

Websites can return different responses because of deployment changes, redirects, CDN caches, bot protection, geography or temporary failures. LaunchCheck reports what it receives at scan time.
